Comtech Telecommunications Corp. and Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd. have agreed to terminate their $532.5 million merger agreement. SERVICE CHARGES AND FEES – The depositor pays the fees incurred on the account, including, but not only, the fees charged by a third party. The depositor pays the service fees that the financial institution collects from time to time for direct services, including, but not only, the provision of records on the applicant that the financial institution is required to provide legally. The applicant confirms receipt of a fee schedule from the financial institution for direct services in effect at the time of the adoption of this agreement. The financial institution may, from time to time, increase or reduce the service charges for direct services and, by sharing the latest information known to the applicant, by publishing a notice on the premises of the financial institution or on the financial institution`s website, by providing personal information or acting reasonably, believes that it is appropriate to bring the change to the applicant`s attention. Current service charges for direct services can be collected through contact with the financial institution or via the financial institution`s website. The applicant is responsible for determining the current service charges for the direct services he requires prior to the request for these services. By requesting Direct Services, the applicant acknowledges that he pays the service fee for the direct services they have requested and that it is then in effect. The financial institution may deduct service charges from the account (or other accounts of the depositor with the financial institution) if the service is requested or performed. New or amended service fees and charges will come into effect on the earlier date of the post-publication date, when the service is requested or provided or when it has been created and, in all cases, no later than 30 days after the date of publication by the financial institution.

PFM Disclosure OF ACCESS CODE AND CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION TO LINKED ACCOUNTS – The applicant authorizes the financial institution, Central 1 and their respective representatives, representatives and service providers (called « F.I. Affiliates » only for the purpose of these special PFM conditions) and Yodlee to collect, use and disclose the applicant`s personal data, including the applicant`s personal access codes. in order to link external accounts to the depositor`s account with the financial institution and to regularly access external accounts in order to update the depositor`s personal data and conduct data analyses on all related accounts, in order to present information and reports to the depositor and to make available to the depositor and the depositor`s financial institution a personal summary of the management of all related accounts and accounts depositor`s transactions.
